Track Your Order
How do I track my order which ships from wares of the world? Complete the following steps to track your order:

Log into My Account (located at the top of the Home Page).

Click on the Order Number you wish to track.

Click on the Tracking Number for the item you wish to track.
If you receive a Shipping Notification, your order is on its way, even if you initially do not see any tracking information.

Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to update Tracking Status.

Oversized Item Delivery Policy have special shipping arrangements. Delivery of oversized- items can take 1-6 weeks and you may not have tracking information for these items.

Until International shipments leave the U.S. shipping hub, you may not have tracking information.

For packages shipped by USPS and UPS-MI, we can display only a delivery confirmation number. We cannot display tracking information on items shipped by these carriers. (Click here for more information on USPS and UPS-MI deliveries).
Will I receive a paper copy of my extended warranty?
We send extended warranties you purchase via email. To view these warranties:

Click into My Account.

Click on the order number.

Click next to the warranty number.
